Watching great pyrenees play in the snow is really fun – even if you don’t dig the breed the way I do. This was Jojo’s first snow, and it is truly in their DNA. I can never get either Bella or Jo to come inside when there is snow on the ground – they would stay out for hours if I let them. They eat it, lay in it, make snow angels, roll around and it generally makes them very excited and playful. I posted some photos to Flickr of the snowy antics.
I also finally jumped into the YouTube fray – you can find a few short videos of Bella and Jojo frolicking in the snow.
They’re so cute! Buffy needs a snowday play date with JoJo. She’s like this, too. Rosie– not so much. She likes it for about five minutes, and then she realizes she’s all wet and wants to come inside. Her little webbed feet must be some higher being’s idea of a joke.
Absolutely! Bring her down anytime or I can bring Jo over. Yeah – poor Rosie. She probably feels that way about everything
I have three Chihuahuas. Can you see them in the snow with nothing but noses sticking out? Besides, we don’t have snow where I live in California. It’s great to see your dogs having so much fun. Aren’t dogs wonderful?
